$130,000 Annualised Salary Package including Superannuation

An exciting opportunity exists for a Coordinator Engineering Services to deliver a range of engineering services to the community.


The role with us


As Coordinator Engineering Services you will lead the team that provides high quality engineering services that enhance the community


You will also be responsible for:

  • Managing and leading a team.
  • Mentor and coach your team members.
  • Monitoring, maintaining and delivering a range of engineering services, including traffic, drainage and asset protection.
  • Ensuing that developer infrastructure assets meet the needs of the community
  • Working collaboratively with others to deliver high quality engineering services

About you


To be successful in either role you will bring:

  • Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or related degree.
  • The ability to lead and motivate staff in a professional environment.
  • High level communication skills to effectively foster relationships with stakeholders.
  • Extensive experience and understanding of legislation and regulation requirements relevant to traffic, drainage, subdivisions, developments and asset protection.
  • Well-developed time management and planning skills including the ability to manage time, set priorities and meet deadlines.
  • High level of negotiation, conflict resolution and innovative problem solving skills.
  • Expertise in civil construction.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Experience in community consultation and public presentations.
  • High level interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise, negotiate with, influence and lead different stakeholders.


You will need to provide evidence of your right to work in Australia, certified copies of your qualifications, and a current Driver Licence. You must also be willing to provide a Pre-Employment Health Declaration and undertake a National Police Record Check.
