As the Coordinator Maternal Child Health and Immunisation, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of contemporary and responsive Maternal Child Health and Immunisation services. You will lead the provision of services which are flexible and innovative, whilst meeting the needs of Frankston City's community.

In this key leadership role, you will build collaborative partnerships and drive continuous improvement. You will also have the ability to plan, develop and lead accessible, effective, integrated and sustainable models of service delivery.

You will have:

·         Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulatory Agency as a Nurse (Division 1) and Midwife, along with additional post-graduate qualifications in Maternal Child Health.

·         Demonstrated ability in leading teams and innovative service delivery.

·         Proven ability to lead and drive positive change, along with implementing and monitoring continuous quality improvement.

 

You will need to provide evidence of your right to work in Australia, certified copies of your qualifications, and a current Working with Children Check. You must also be willing to provide a Pre-Employment Health Declaration and undertake a National Police Record Check.
