Band 6 $87,194 per annum plus superannuation 

An exciting opportunity exists in our Business Transformation Department to form part of team that implements effective Continuous Improvement initiative’s across Frankston City Council.

Frankston City Council has recognised the need to take a holistic approach to transforming its business to ensure it is fit for future, customer centric and sustainable long term.

This is one of several new roles in the Business Transformation Department which will spearhead Frankston City Council’s transformational journey into the future.

About the role

  • As the Continuous Improvement Officer you will be responsible for:
  • The implementation of Council’s Continuous Improvement strategies.
  • The delivery of Continuous Improvement services across the organisation.
  • Ensuring Continuous Improvement practices are fit for future and are reviewed and improved on a continuous basis.
  • Providing professional advice and support on all Continuous Improvement matters across Council.

About you

  • Extensive experience in the area of Continuous Improvement
  • Self-motivated with a positive can do attitude.
  • Have a customer centric mindset based on data driven decision making.
  • Passionate about ensuring quality processes are in place to support effective service delivery.
  • Ability to build strong relationships at all levels, including internal and external stakeholders.
  • Hold a qualification in Continuous Improvement or a related field.
