 Band 5 - $72,097 per annum plus superannuation

What we are looking for?

Council is looking for a passionate Supervisor that has experience in leading teams that are responsible for the maintenance areas of Civil, Drainage, Asphalt and Asset inspection works.

Your main responsibilities will include: 

  • Supervision of work teams including weekly program set out and the development, implementation, monitoring and reporting of performance and expenditure of projects and programs
  • Meeting work schedules and deadlines
  • Ensuring the timely and accurate entering of data in the Frankston Asset Maintenance Integrated System (FAMIS)
  • Providing  timely  and  accurate  information  and  advice,  and  completing  relevant  tasks,   records  and documentation and reports, associated with the key responsibilities and duties of the position
  • Monitoring and report on the status, quality and standard of contractor works, maintenance and renewal works and report on proactive inspection programs of infrastructure assets
  • Undertaking audits, risk assessments and implement solutions resulting from these to ensure public safety is maintained

About you

  • You are self a motivated indvidual that enjoys leading and coaching a team
  • You will have sound knowledge and understanding of asset management principles and practices, intervention levels and site and traffic safety management
  • You will have strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • You are an excellent communicator with a passion for providing a great customer experience
