Full Time Permanent Position

Band 5 - $72,097.83 + super

What we are looking for?

 

Council is looking for a CCTV and Litter Officer within the Compliance and Safety Department who will be responsible for CCTV Operations and Litter Investigations. Your main responsibilities will include: 

  • To assist in the management of Crime Prevention and Litter Investigation through the operation of Council’s mobile and fixed security cameras, to enhance safety in the community
  • To effectively and efficiently coordinate the use, installation and maintenance of Council’s CCTV Camera Network including all fixed and mobile systems
  • To assist in maintaining assets and amenities of the municipality through the application of relevant Acts, Regulations and Local Laws to investigate illegally deposited litter

 

About you 

  • Law enforcement and investigations experience
  • A strong commitment to delivering an excellent standard of customer service.
  • Strong conflict resolution skills
  • Creative and flexible approach to problem resolution
  • Good written communication skills in order to prepare correspondence and reports
  • A Current Victorian Driver Licence is required
  • First Aid Level 2 Certificate
